A compact mechanical line for liberating and separating active material, ferrous metal, copper, aluminum and separator material from small lithium batteries.
Working Principle
Batteries are reduced below 10 mm, finely crushed and classified. Cyclone and pulse dust collection capture fine material while magnetic and physical separation recover metal fractions.
